If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. Should a contract be concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period required by tax law (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of section 96 subsection 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as section 6 subsection 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.
